Florence County (WLTX) -- Firenze County deputy sheriffs arrested a former USC Basketball participant last Saturday on gun and alcoholic beverage charges.Ricardo Autoro "Carlos" Powell, 24, was arrested Saturday nighttime in his hometown of Florence.He is facing complaints of unlawfully carrying a handgun and two counts of having an unfastened container of suds or vino in a motor vehicle.Investigators state they pulled Cecil Frank Cecil Frank Powell over because they state his tailights were not on.Deputies state they establish a gun underneath the place and an unfastened bottle of vodka in his car.Powell, World Health Organization graduated from usc in 2005, have played professionally overseas.He played for the Dakota Wizards of the NBA's developmental conference and made the all-star team.
