Minor league basketball team hires first coach

: A newly formed minor conference basketball game squad in southern Bluegrass State have hired an NBA veteran soldier as its first coach.

The Bluegrass State Mavericks of the American Basketball Association tapped former Memphis State star and longtime NBA participant Vincent Askew to take the team.

Askew played for eight squads in nine NBA seasons. Askew's most recent caput coaching occupation job was in the Continental Basketball Association, where he coached the Capital Of New York Patroons.

The Mavericks are scheduled to get drama later this year.

The American Basketball Association have 43 franchises in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Capital Of Singapore and the Bahamas. Today in Sports
